Sorry for not posting.

I’ve come down with a very bad virus that’s been attacking my chest and giving me a really high fever. I actually spent most of today in the hospital.

I’ll be back as soon as this lets up.


Kettlebells?

Okay, so I’ve been wondering if Kettlebells are useful when trying to tone your body. I’m not entirely aiming for weight loss, seeing as how I’ve lost a majority of the weight I was trying to. But I am trying to tone up my body. Are kettlebells good for this sort of thing? Also, are there any good DVDs or videos for kettlebell workouts?


Missed a couple days..but I got a good workout in today.

I’ll admit, I haven’t had the time to keep working on the 30DS schedule since my schedule has been pretty haywire from my boyfriend’s new job and getting the house ready for my mom’s visit. I missed two days but, I haven’t been totally unfaithful. I’ve been trying to at least fit in 2-3 10 minute sessions everyday of circuit training. It seems to be working too because usually when I don’t work out, I feel terrible. But I’ve been feeling pretty good.

After this coming hectic week is over, I’ll be jumping right back on to the 30DS. I may miss some days but I’m going to finish it no matter what!
