I’ll admit, I haven’t had the time to keep working on the 30DS schedule since my schedule has been pretty haywire from my boyfriend’s new job and getting the house ready for my mom’s visit. I missed two days but, I haven’t been totally unfaithful. I’ve been trying to at least fit in 2-3 10 minute sessions everyday of circuit training. It seems to be working too because usually when I don’t work out, I feel terrible. But I’ve been feeling pretty good.
After this coming hectic week is over, I’ll be jumping right back on to the 30DS. I may miss some days but I’m going to finish it no matter what!
